Not sure I can go through another day like today

It's been a struggle to get by. I'm depressed. I should really try and practice some guitar but I just don't feel like it right now. It would give me something to do though. I'm not tired just down. I went and bought milk and had a coffee so I was out for a walk that helped a little bit. I think it's a lack of nicotine that is my problem. I need a smoke. I can't even take anything to the pawnshop as I don't have ID. I don't know if they take your health card or not I'm not sure. I could always try or give them a call and see what they say. I don't know if I even have anything to pawn. I guess I have a few earrings and that's about it.  I should take a look and see what I have. I must-have jewelry that I don't wear that I can sell. Found a few things I don't know if it is worth my while taking them in.
