My oldest son is coming to town with his family

They live in Ottawa and are coming down to see my youngest son's daughter. I haven't been invited I don't know if I should ask to go out but I don't want to put my son on the spot. I shouldn't have to ask but I don't know what else to do if I don't ask then I won't see my Grandson or my Granddaughter today. I don't know what to do. I asked see if I get an answer. I'm not feeling too good this morning my sinuses are bothering me still. I'm tired and bored and want a smoke but I'm trying to go without. Well, I guess that's about it, for now, I'll write later.
