My back has been bothering me this week

My back has been bad this week something terrible. I don't know what to do. Even with my guitar practice, I can do about 15 minutes at a time and that's about it. So we will see how it goes today. I'm not enjoying it at all. My youngest son stopped by this afternoon after work and helped me take back the rest of the empties and also took a box of his belongings with him. He plans on coming on Sunday with his wife and seeing what else he can take to get it out of my hair. Also to take the photo albums as well. There are a few more things that I can take to the local thrift shop now so I'll do that sometime next week. It's getting there slowly but surely. I phoned CPP disability up and was able to find out that I can check the status of my application online now. I guess I always could but they never told me how to do it. It's showing that it's still in progress. They don't make it easy to find on their website you have to do some digging but it is there. I need to go and get milk today and bread. Well, I'm tired had a nap this afternoon so I feel a little better. I'm trying yet again to quit smoking it's hard. I really don't want to spend the money. I have my youngest daughter in laws baby shower tomorrow around 2 pm I'm looking forward to that. Well, I'll stop for now and write later.
