My stress level is so high right now it's unbelievable

Hubby's computer isn't working right and I don't know how to help him. Only got an hour of practice into day as I went to Perth with my mother. The drive there was very stressful and extremely stressful the visit with my niece was nice which was only a half hour it was her birthday today. The drive home all we talked about was dying and cremation for an hour then I talked to my sister for an hour tonight and talked about the same thing again. I have a headache need to do my reading maybe that will take my mind off of things. I'm tired not really the best of days tried to stay positive but it was difficult. Tomorrow is another day and I plan on staying home and relaxing and just sticking to my routine of reading, writing and playing guitar. I'll sign off for now and write again in the morning. I have had enough of today.
