Had a great sleep

Dreamt I was in a wheel chair mind you because of my back pain I haven't had one of those dreams in a while. I had a great sleep only up once in the night. I took one of my husbands slow me down pills last night I'm a little hung over this morning but that's ok. Lets see if the coffee can wake me up. I need to take one as my stress was so high yesterday I'm going to take a few days off from my mum I think to recuperate before I can face her again. It was just to much stress and she can be not a very nice person. I'm still tired maybe the coffee will wake me up. Lots to do today as usual which is good keep my mind off my problems. Got everything done but my extra 30 minutes of guitar yesterday just too tired and stressed even though I played pretty good in the evening morning was a bit of a wash as I was falling asleep at the guitar and not able to focus messing up the simplest song. I could go back to bed right now and sleep but I want a good start on the day. Well I'll journal later.
