Had a great sleep last night

I have been dreaming about people that have passed away lately it's nice to see them in my dreams. I dreamt about a person that recently passed away from cancer that I went to public school with it was a good dream. It's nice to met up with old friends like that. I don't look at them as negative dreams more positive then anything else. I'm up earlier this morning I have a lot of things to do today. I plan on sitting in the sun as well trying to get a few rays. I have been spending an hour and a half practicing the guitar for the past few days I'm getting much better at it and really enjoying it. I have quite a bit of housework to do today as well which is fine with me it keeps me busy I almost enjoy doing it now. The house looks so much better. We opened the windows yesterday and I left the kitchen window open last night. It is a little cool but the fresh air is nice. We really need to air out this place. I  have my routine down pat now that I do every week and it really helps keep me on the straight and narrow. I'm happy today and content. Life is good.
