Back is killing me a busy day today

Got everything done today plus more house work. It's never ending. I only have 30 minutes more of practice tonight and that's it. I would also like to finish reading Elly Griffiths book The House at Sea's End as well tonight I'm sure I'll be able to. I was even able to get a bit of sun today as well. Just sitting and having a tea right now and relaxing. I feel like laying down as my back hurts but I want to write for the time being. I did a little bit of guitar practice outside today I like being in the fresh air and playing but it's not good for my back. The same with sitting on the bed and playing I should be in a chair and doing it properly but the room I practice in is the spare room it isn't really suit able for that not enough room. I have to remember to tune my guitar tonight it's been a while. My mother phoned today I think she wanted me to go for coffee but I was busy doing house work. Well I feel good broke but good. Well I guess that's about it for now. I'll journal again tomorrow.
