I know it's just fluid but it is better then nothing. Really trying to be good. I feel good and I see where other people have succeeded so I don't know why I can't. Have counted calories in the past and had done well at it so I don't know why it won't work this time around. So proud of reaching my goal yesterday looking forward to doing it again today. Played a couple of games of pool with my husband last night that is what helped reach my goal. It's amazing the steps and calories you can burn just by playing pool. Slept better last night which was good I'm getting there.
