I feel like writing but don't know what to say!

Well I spent a little time on my novel and was able to get a bit of the rewrite done on it. It's been a long time working on it but it's something to do to keep my mind occupied I don't know if I will ever get it published or not or even try but one can only hope. I'm on my 4th rewrite and they say to only do three but what I was looking at this morning it's a good thing I'm doing another rewrite. I'm going over it with a fine tooth comb trying to make sure that it at least makes sense. I don't know how authors push out two books a year it's taken my 10 or 12 years to work on this one. Mind you I put it down for years at a time it took my a year or so to write the first draft which I guess isn't that bad. But I can't see coming up with any other books it just takes to long and I don't know how many stories I have to tell. I have started other books in the past and never finished them maybe one of these years I will get writing more novels who knows. All I have to say is thank god for spell check and grammer check because I'm not the best writer in the world but I'm having fun trying and I guess that is the main thing that I am enjoying it.
