Well my anti inflammatory does something for my pain I forgot to take it last night and I'm in agony this morning. Hopefully my medication will kick in soon and things won't be so bad. I was able to get some writing done yesterday which was good. We also went for a bike ride which was nice could be part of the reason why I'm sore today as well. Just a short note for now I'll try and write later I have to get ready for work.
Well it didn't take long for my medication to kick in this morning thank God. I was able to get through work today. I just took my blood pressure and it's still up 160/100 my medication isn't doing anything about it and I don't know what to do. I tried doubling my medication at the advice of my doctor but all it did was make my feet swell. So I don't know what the doctor plans on doing about it whether he is going to changed my medication around or I don't know. There are times when I'm just ready to give up and today is a bad day. To many suicidal thoughts today and I don't know what is bringing them on. They just come out of the blue. I guess I was in pain and that got me down and that started the thoughts a chain reaction of sorts. Well I should really try and do a little more writing on my novel that will take my mind off of things.So till tomorrow.
