10.4 is my blood sugar level right now. I have stayed away from sweets today. I bought myself some artificial sweeteners so now I'll die of cancer of the brain but my sugars will be good. I hung out with my sister today. It was a good day. I need to get my reading in and practice a little guitar. I feel a little better today.
