I had a great sleep last night

Had strange dreams though but still a good night's sleep. My blood sugar is amazing this morning well at least for me it was 8.8 still a little high but much better than the 14 that it was a week or so ago. I have been up for a half-hour already this morning. Just sitting and doing my readings and chess tactics. I hope to play a little guitar this morning as well. I don't know if I'll get any writing on my novel I'm sort of at a standstill I'll try and see how far I get but I only wrote a paragraph yesterday I have a little writer's block going on right now. Well, just a quick note, for now, I'll write again later or tomorrow morning.
