Home within an hour

I had to stop writing as my brother in law came out from his radiation treatment. They don't take long. He's feeling ok I hope he doesn't get sick. I guess they can when they are radiating the head. He's a real trooper and keeping his spirits up. He phoned me last night and said that his appointment was early quarter after eight and that I didn't need to go and I told him of course I'm going he said oh good and that he was very glad that I would. Tomorrow is nine thirty so they will pick me up at nine fifteen there about. He travels from Picton to Kingston which takes about an hour for a ten minute treatment. We offered for him to stay here but he wanted to be in his own home. I understand that I would be the same way. Thursday he sees the doctor to see what he has to say. Then he has one more treatment on Friday. We were going to go up this weekend but money is tight till Monday when my cheque comes in so maybe we will go up the following weekend. We will see how it goes. Plus I'm sure he'll be tired and won't feel like company this weekend. Well that's it for now I'll write later.
