Had to take my rings off last night

My hands were swelling and sore and it was difficult to get them off. Day 4 without my medication or 5 I can't remember but I'll have to get them today and get back on track. I'm going to try and quit smoking again but it's hard. I need to do something. Life is a pain right now but I'm sure if I get my medication back into me I'll feel better I'm without my antidepressants as well im sure that is why im not that patient right now and feeling down. I have also arthritis where I've never had arthritis before. I'm a mess. I would love to get off all of these medications but I guess I better not. I'm tired and sore and I'll probably get in trouble from the pharmacist not much I can do about it. We had to go to Picton to see my brother in law as he was just diagnosed with terminal cancer and he really wanted us to go up and I'm glad we did. Well I guess I should stop for now I'll write later.
