Went out last night with the girls

Had a good time. We went to Wooden Heads down town and it was noisy but it was good to see everyone. I don't go out very often find it difficult but at least I did this time saying good bye to one of the doctor's sad to see her go. I slept last night had a good sleep for a change. I'm off to see my doctor to see what he says about going off on disability. I'm off now for a week and looking forward to it. I don't have any plans but to spend the time with my honey. Our aniversary is next week 2 years married it's hard to believe. We've been together for 7 years now. I'm not to bad today emotion wise which is nice. Well I should really sign off I'll write later.
