Still doing this calorie bit

My weight this morning was 200 so I have slowed down in the weight lose which I figured I would. But they say two ponds a week so we will see how it goes. So far I feel great and I'm pleased with my progress. I haven't been as tired. I'll keep it up I think it's a life style that I can maintain or am going to have to maintain in my life now that I'm 52.
