Am I ever down. I'm sore and tired and depressed put a call into my psychiatrist ànd haven't heard back from her yet probably will today. I just can't get over how down I am. Looking at my face doesn't help matters. My face and body are a mess from my fall on Sunday and my independence has been taken away from me with my bike. I just can't do it anymore. Not good. Well I should pull myself together and put in a happy face and get this day iver and done with. Only 3 more to go this week after today.
