My legs keep giving out on me

I'm not sure what is happening but my legs are giving out on me. I have small fiber peripheral neuropathy in my hands and legs and it's getting worse. I don't know what to do but it's slowly getting worse. It's driving me crazy. They just give out on me when ever they want. I'm depressed over it. They just feel like lead weights. I have dreams where I end up in a wheelchair because of it. I don't know what to do. I really need to lose some weight I don't know if that would help or not. I'm tired today as well. I don't know what to do.
