I get overtired and when I sleep I sleep and wake up still exhausted. But the pain and the rash are going down it's been quite something in this heat as well. Today we are 27 in the apartment and that's good I have been running around 30. It's amazing how 3 degrees makes a big difference.
Noelle trying to keep cool. Poor thing was panting the other day. So far she has faired the weather. Hopefully, it will be cooler soon. Us Canadians are never happy with the weather too cold too hot too much snow lol.
I have been binge-watching the series Code Black love it it is amazing the detail they have put into that series. Right down to the bang marks from the stretchers on the doors and walls. WOW is all I have to say. And I love all the characters. Just watching it now. Love it.
