Almost the end of April

Where has the time gone? I've been so busy doing what I'm not sure. I have been doing my meditation reading every day. Swimming when I can I may go this morning but I have a nitro patch on now daily I'll have to look up if I can swim with it on. I'm still smoking but down to maybe 15 smokes a day. I have to quit. My cardiologist feels that one of my grafts from my bypass has failed and if the nitro patch doesn't work then he'll send me for an angiogram. 

Easter was amazing I got to see my granddaughter but I ended up with the stomach flu. I hope I am getting over it now. I've had it for about 4 days now just a mild case but enough to make me feel crappie. It's kept me home most of the week a good thing I didn't have to go anywhere. 

My beautiful granddaughter doing an Easter egg hunt. I love her to bits. I'm so lucky to have her in my life. I'm just sitting on my balcony having a tea. I think I'm going to go swimming I have found out that nitro patches are waterproof. Yay.
