Was able to get my money back which was good but the guy was a real SOB about it. I was willing to try another one but he said that it wouldn't work with my internet connection oh well his loss. I can get one on Amazon and my stepson can program it if need be. But I think I'll just stick to what I have. My husband just bought ramps for his trailer now and found some wood in the garage to make sides for his trailer as well. Always thinking. Well that's about it for now I'll write later.
