I should be looking at it as a short term investment

I'm nervous still but I should be proud of myself for not needing a cosigner and that I am doing this all on my own. I so badly want a house in the country when I retire. I plan on retirement as soon as Nov 5th which isn't that far away and I want to line up a house for then as well. Things seem to be falling into place with out me looking into it. My mind is not on my job today. It's only a short term loan and I will be paying it off Nov 16th. If all works out the way I have planned it.
