Well things look a little better then they are

I'm off this week which is great I've been taking it easy. Going to try and quit smoking again. Tomorrow is my grandson birthday. He'll be a year old it's hard to believe. I'm going up to Ottawa to see him looking forward to it. I can't wait. He had a party on the weekend with his other grandparents it looks like he had a good time. I have gone a hour without a smoke let's see if I can go another. My honey is still smoking I want to see if he notices that I'm not smoking. I have to try and do something. I also need to lose weight.
