My gravy was the best

I'm pleased with how it turned out nice and smooth no lumps and the right consistency. I'm impressed with myself. Christmas dinner here I come. 3 tbls of butter, 1/4 cup of flour, 1 tbls of bovril and 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Melt your butter and slowly mix in your flour add the bovril and boiling water presto you have gravy. Couldn't be easier. Well did some reading and relaxed this afternoon it was great. Well ill sign off for now and write again tomorrow.
