I have no idea where they come from but I think it's one of my anti depressants that cause them or maybe my heart meds not sure. They wake me up and I have to have a smoke to try and reset my brain. I know that sounds crazy but it true. Well I'm off to work today I was going to take Monday off but it only makes things worse for Tuesday if I do so here I am on my second cup of coffee. Buddy has been good the past few days we were even able to leave him alone while we went shopping and he behaved himself. Let's hope this continues. I don't know what to do anymore. Things are crazy in my head. Well I guess I better get myself ready for work. I'll try and write later.
