Got 8 inches taken off and I plan on donating it to the cancer society. I think we may have our problems solved we are going to rent out the basement and if it turns out we might be ok. It will be interesting to see this person was going to rent from us at the beginning of the year and she thought she found a better place. Well she phoned yesterday want to know if she could rent it again. Even if she only rents it for a couple of months that fine with me. We will have to see if it works or not.
