The weather outside is frightful but central air is so delightful. My legs have been so sore and I had chest pain last night lasting for an hour. It took so work to get it settled down. I'm a little tired this morning not to bad. Just sitting and having my coffee while my husband sleeps. We were looking at cockatoo's last night and found a place in Ottawa that is giving them away for adoption don't know if it will work or not they have a lot of hoops you have to jump through but it will be interesting. Well just a quick note for now I'll write later.
