Saw the ortho doctor and my psychiatrist

Well all I have is a bad sprain no fracture no bleeding into the bone nothing like that. I was told to use it or I'd lose the mobility in my arm so that is what I'm doing and I'm back to work tomorrow we will see how it goes. I'll be taking it easy that's for sure. My appointment only took 15 minutes which was great but I had to wait around for my psychiatrist appointment which I did. I had coffee with my mum then went to a vinyl record store and bought a couple of blues records for my husband I've been playing with the stereo ever since I did stop for dinner. Now I'm sitting outside on the step where it's nice and cool listening to the seagulls it great so relaxing. Well I'll stop for now and write later. Oh I also bought some water colour pencils so I'm interested in trying those.
