She fell of her bike as in bicycle last night so she is unable to come to work. I hope she is ok. But the only thing is that management won't replace her and I'll run short go figure. I don't know what to do with work they just don't seem like they want to help. I'm tired of it. I'm always running short and they expect me to find someone to work in the office. Anyone can file and pull charts and answer the phone to take messages. I can only do what I can do.
