It's raining out.

Got to love this weather the snow is almost gone the grass is still green it great out I don't recall a winter like this one. Had a dream that we were on a sail Boat last night it was great loved it. It was a crazy dream but it was nice to be out on the water. Only two more days to go then my co-worker gets her new job. Which is nice for her trying to be positive. I'm tired this morning shouldn't be but I am. Don't know what to do all I seem to do is work eat and sleep. It's going to be busy next month hell it's busy now. Trying to get caught up with everything and keep on top of thing it's hard. I have some plans to do things a little bit different but I don't know if it will work. I'd like to review the charts with the fellows to see if the patients need any tests before they come in for their work ups I'll have to see what is said. That way the patient only needs to make one trip instead of two. I don't know if it can be done or not but we will have to see. Just a thought. Well I'm going to sign off for now I'll write later.
